Repost Christus, vor frue kirke, and on to Aarhus

We posted the following pictures from Copenhagen earlier, but I must have deleted the post accidently, so here they are again!  The Christus by Thorvaldsen is found in the vor frue kirke (Church of our Lady) just a few blocks from where we were staying with Elder and Sister Madsen.
Marble statues of the twelve apostles are also found there, and it is our understanding that they are being replicated for the temple in Rome.  The pictures below are of Peter, James, John, and Dad!

The drive to Aarhus was really fun, and took about three and a half to four hours.  Denmark has many islands, and the "big bridge" below was across a beautiful span of water.  We are just learning the names of places, so I will not take the time to find the spelling, etc. for now!
