We also had a going away dinner last night with Mission President O'Bryant, Sister O'Bryant, and the Copenhagen senior missionaries. We had Mexican food and it was great! Hope to get some pictures of this dinner later.
Since we are flying out in the morning, this just may be the last blog entry actually written from Denmark. We are excited to return home to see our family and friends, but will greatly miss the dear friends we have grown to love in this wonderful land of Denmark. We were privileged to serve in Aarhus on the Jultand Peninsula for an entire year, and then to transfer to Copenhagen for the last six months of our mission. An extra blessing we received was to be able to be ordinance workers in the temple here in Copenhagen for the last four months. We love all of you, our dear, dear friends.
It is hard to say goodbye to the amazing young adults we have grown to love, but also to all the members and missionaries with whom we have been able to serve. But we have Facebook and airplanes! The gospel is true and Jesus Christ is our Savior and Redeemer. We can be friends forever. What a wonderful time to live and to serve!
