Our Viking Past - Fun For The Kids

I thought the grandkids would enjoy some of these fun Viking pictures.  Here in Denmark many of the towns will do reenactments of the Viking times.

These pictures are of a small river that runs through the town of Aarhus where we live.  You can see a picture of what it might have been during Viking days compared with today.

The Queen came to Aarhus to visit earlier in the year.  She stayed at her palace here for a few weeks.
