Golden Days 2015 is a convention for the Young Single Adults in Scandinavia ages 18-30, primarily belonging to the LDS community. Sister Parker and I were involved with our YSA in hosting this convention of young adults from all over Scandinavia and beyond. There were about 220 young adults at this event. It is held in a school, with the young adults sleeping on the floors in classrooms. We have the local stake, wards, and branch members doing the meals. They have workshops, activities, service projects, dances each night, and a Sacrament and Testimony meeting. We loved being involved with these wonderful young adults.
The scripture theme for this year was Doctrine and Covenants 6:36, "Look unto me in every thought; doubt not, fear not." On Sunday, after an hour of testimony, Sister Parker gave a talk on this scripture and did a wonderful job of wrapping up the weekend event.
